How we protect the platform, and how to responsibly report a vulnerability if you find one.
We take the security of your data seriously and welcome reports from security researchers who help us keep Loop Guardian safe. Researchers who act in good faith and follow this policy will not face legal action from us.
This policy covers the Loop Guardian web application and the services we operate. Issues in third-party services we rely on (such as authentication or payment providers) should be reported to those vendors directly.
Do no harm: test only against your own accounts, never access or modify other users’ data, and avoid anything that degrades the service for others. Automated scanning that generates significant load is not permitted.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email support@loopguardian.com with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact. We appreciate detailed reports and will keep you updated as we investigate.
Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and remediate an issue before disclosing it publicly. We will work with you on timing and credit you for the discovery if you would like.
