Terms of Service

Effective September 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Loop Guardian platform and coaching program. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Accounts

You need an account to use Loop Guardian. You can create one with an email address or by signing in with Google or GitHub; either way you are responsible for the account and for keeping access to it secure. Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. Accounts are personal: sharing an account, or sharing purchased access with someone else, is not permitted. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

Access to the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Loop Guardian for your own interview preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the platform or its content, and you may not attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service. Problems, editorials, course material, and coaching content remain our property or that of our licensors.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the code, answers, and other material you create on the platform. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display that material so we can provide the service, generate feedback, and share it with the coaches and interviewers working with you. If you connect GitHub sync, you are choosing to publish the synced work publicly under your own GitHub account, and you are responsible for what you publish there.

Interview Sessions and AI Feedback

Mock interviews run over a real-time audio and video service and may be transcribed to produce feedback. By joining a session you agree to that processing of your own audio, video, and speech. Feedback on your code, answers, and sessions may be generated with AI models. It is a coaching aid: it can be wrong, it is not a guarantee of any interview outcome, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to do anything unlawful, to harass or discriminate against others, to upload malicious code, to disrupt the platform, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data. Treat coaches, interviewers, and peers with respect; our Community Guidelines describe what that means in practice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Coaching Program

Admission to the coaching program is at our discretion. Coaching guidance, editorials, and other content are provided for educational purposes. We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but we make no guarantee about interview outcomes, offers, or compensation results.

Payments

Paid offerings are billed through Stripe and are subject to its terms as well as ours. Prices are shown before you buy. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using the service you agree to it.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loop Guardian is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Your Content, Disclaimers, and Governing Law, will do so.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Loop Guardian is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a claim, contact us and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the dispute informally.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and notify you by email or with a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
